Merima Spiess, FNP founded Desert Lotus Vitality on October 3rd, 2022, with a mission to blend science-backed aesthetics, regenerative medicine, and holistic wellness to help clients look and feel their best.
With a background as an ER and ICU nurse, Merima thrives in precision-driven procedures and is known for her calm, expert touch with injectables. She began her journey in aesthetics by training with top injectors nationwide, attending advanced cadaver courses, and quickly earning a reputation as the highest-rated aesthetic injector in the area.
Her passion for whole-body vitality led her to expand her expertise into hormone optimization, ketamine therapy, and functional medicine, bringing cutting-edge, personalized wellness solutions to her clients.
At Desert Lotus Vitality, Merima’s approach is more than skin-deep—it’s about helping every client feel confident, balanced, and fully revitalized.

Mereya Maynez, a recent NMSU Nursing graduate, brings a bright, uplifting energy to Desert Lotus Vitality. With a background in phlebotomy, she has a gentle, expert touch—so when she draws your blood, you might not even feel it!
As she prepares for her board certification exam, Mereya is already making her mark, bringing compassion, skill, and enthusiasm to the team. We’re excited to watch her shine and grow in 2024! ✨
