✨ Deposit Policy – To provide the highest level of care and commitment, a $50 deposit is required for all other appointments. This amount will be applied to your service fee.

✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling – Life happens, and we understand. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

✨ Punctuality & No-Show Policy – To honor the time of both our clients and providers, we do not overlap appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your session, and your deposit will be forfeited.

✨ A Sanctuary for Relaxation – We love pets and children, but to ensure a peaceful, distraction-free environment, we kindly ask that you make alternative arrangements for them. This is especially important for our clients undergoing Ketamine therapy, where a serene atmosphere is essential.
